Day 01
Arrive Kathmandu. Upon arrival meet and assist by our representative in the airport and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 02
In the morning after breakfast sightseeing tour of the most holy Hindu temple of Nepal, Pashupatinath and the surrounding areas. From Pashupatinath drive for a few minutes to reach Boudhanath. This is the largest stupa of Nepal.

In the afternoon drive to Kathmandu Durbar Square. Also known as Hanuman Dhoka Durbar square, this area consist many temples and monuments of 17th century. From Kathmandu Durbar Square we drive to Budhanilkantha, where we can se the magnificent example of stone craft in a huge sleeping statue of Lord Vishnu. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 03
After breakfast, Drive to Kirtipur for the visit of historic city and then drive to small traditional village, Panga .

In the afternoon, visit to Patan. This medieval city is full of Hindu temples and Buddhist monuments with Bronze gateways, Guardian deities and wonderful carving. It is also known as the city of arts. The major attractions of Patan are: Durbar Square, Krishna Mandir and khumbheshwar. Overnight in hotel.

Day 04
After breakfast, we travel to Nagarkot, a hill station 2.150 m high, 25 km from the capital. From there we can see some good views of the valley and the Himalayas. We continue with a visit to the village of Changu Narayan, which is considered as the oldest temple of the entire Nepal. On the way to Kathmandu, we stop for the sightseeing of Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur is the third major city of the Kathmandu valley, and we will visit its Durbar square which although larger that the one in Kathmandu, has fewer temples due to an earthquake in 1934. We also visit the Nyatapola Temple, situated at a height of 98ft, which is not only the highest temple in the valley but also one of the best examples of traditional Nepali Temple architecture. A major German funded project brought pavements and sewers, but Bhaktapur is still the most distinctly medieval of the three cities. The main occupations are weaving, pottery and forming, and the houses are traditionally of brick with intricate wood carving for decoration. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 05
After breakfast, we drive for Pokhara, one of the most important cities in the country. The journey takes most of the day, 7 or 8 hours. During the trip we will stop as often as you wish. Overnight stay at a hotel in a good spot by the famous lake Phewa, on the outskirts of the city. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 06
Free day in Pokhara. After breakfast, we will have the chance to walk around and have a look at the lake surroundings, hire a boat, become acquainted with the local crafts and above all admire the summits of the Himalayas, especially Machhapuchchhare, the sacred mountain of Nepal. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 07
After breakfast, at the arranged time, a private vehicle will take us to the Chitwan National Park, in the south of the country. The journey takes about 6 hours, on a road with beautiful landscapes. The van will drop us off in the last village before the park. From there a jeep takes us to the hotel, which is in the jungle itself. Lunch at the resort. In the afternoon, a guided tour of the resort surroundings, where we will have the chance to see the varied vegetation and the large number of birds which live in the park. Visit to bird watching hides and before sunset, return to hotel for dinner. Overnight in the Jungle Lodge.

Day 08
First thing in the morning, after breakfast, we go into the jungle on elephant back. We will be looking for rhinoceroses, a feature of this nature reserve. With a little luck we will also see the Royal Bengal Tiger. Gazelles, monkeys and other animals will appear in front of our eyes in complete liberty. Return to the resort to have lunch. In the afternoon we go on another trip in a bark canoe, typical of this area. We will glide gently along the river near the resort and if it is the right time of the year we will be able to see the crocodiles, which live there at close quarters. Return to resort for dinner. Overnight in the Jungle Lodge.

Day 09
After we have had breakfast, the hotel’s jeep will take us back to the place where our vehicle is waiting. We will start out back to Kathmandu on a beautiful road with good views of the lowland and upland areas of the country. Arrival in Kathmandu mid-afternoon. Rest of the day free. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 10
Free day in Kathmandu. At the arranged time, transfer to the airport.
