Day 01
Arrive Kathmandu. Upon arrival meet and assist by our representative in the airport and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 02
In the morning after breakfast sightseeing tour of the most holy hindu temple of Nepal, Pashupatinath and the surrounding areas. From Pashupatinath drive for a few minutes to reach Boudhanath. This is the largest stupa of Nepal.

In the afternoon drive to Kathmandu Durbar Square. Also known as Hanuman Dhoka Durbar square, this area consist many temples and monuments of 17th century. From Kathmandu Durbar Square we drive to “the temple of monkeys”, Swayambhunath, which is considered as more than two thousand years old. Situated in the top of the hillock, this stupa has magnificent view of the Kathmandu valley. The evening is free for walking around the capital. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 03
After breakfast, we drive to Dhulikhel. This is a small hill station from were we can see some good views of the Himalayas and the valley. From Dhulikhel we proceed to Bhaktapur. ). Bhaktapur is the third major city of the Kathmandu valley, and we will visit its Durbar square which although larger that the one in Kathmandu, has fewer temples due to an earthquake in 1934. We also visit the Nyatapola Temple, situated at a height of 98ft, which is not only the highest temple in the valley but also one of the best examples of traditional Nepali Temple architecture. A major German funded project brought pavements and sewers, but Bhaktapur is still the most distinctly medieval of the three cities. The main occupations are weaving, pottery and forming, and the houses are traditionally of brick with intricate wood carving for decoration.

In the afternoon, visit to Patan. This medieval city is full of Hindu temples and Buddhist monuments with Bronze gateways, Guardian deities and wonderful carving. It is also known as the city of arts. The major attractions of Patan are: Durbar Square, Krishna Mandir and khumbheshwar. Overnight in hotel.

Day 04
After breakfast, at about 8 am, a private vehicle will take us to one of the most famous areas in Nepal to go white water rafting down the river Trishuli. In the morning we will cover the first section, involving a series of rapids, which bring us after about three hours to a beautiful beach in a bend of the river. The attendance truck will have our lunch waiting for us there. After lunch we carry on down the river for several more hours. At the end of the run the attendance vehicle will again be waiting, with camp made on a bank of the river and dinner ready tar us, made by the cooking team. Dinner and overnight on Camp.

Day 05
After breakfast we go again in our white water rafting down the river. On this second day, they navigation will take us about 7 or 8 hours. We will find series of rapids together with long sections of quiet water, where the raft will go down slowly and we will have the time to enjoy the beautiful cliffs and villages scattered along the banks. At noon we will stop to have the lunch prepared by our cooks. At sunset we will arrive to the place where we will camp. Dinner and overnight on Camp.

Day 06
Third raft day. After breakfast we begin today’s leg of the journey, shorter than the previous ones, about 4 or 5 hours. At midday we will finish the descent and have lunch by the river. After picking up all the equipment, the team of attendance will take us to the entrance of the Royal Chitwan National Park. From there a jeep will take us to the hotel, in the jungle itself. Dinner and Overnight in the Jungle Lodge.

Day 07
First thing in the morning, after breakfast, we go into the jungle on elephant back. We will be looking for rhinoceroses, a feature of this nature reserve. With a little luck we will also see the Royal Bengal Tiger. Gazelles, monkeys and other animals will appear in front of our eyes in complete liberty. Return to the resort to have lunch. In the afternoon we go on another trip in a bark canoe, typical of this area. We will glide gently along the river near the resort and if it is the right time of the year we will be able to see the crocodiles, which live there at close quarters. Return to resort for dinner. Dinner and Overnight in the Jungle Lodge.

Day 08
After we have had breakfast, we will follow with the nature activities, like jungle walks and briefings about animals. After lunch, the hotel’s jeep will take us back to the place where our vehicle is waiting. We will start out back to Kathmandu on a beautiful road with goad views of the lowland and upland areas of the country. Arrival in Kathmandu and free evening. Overnight in the Hotel.

Day 09
After breakfast, we travel to Nagarkot, a hill station 2.150 m high, 25 km from the capital. From there we can see some good views of the valley and the Himalayas. We continue with a visit to the village of Changu Narayan, which is considered as the oldest temple of the entire Nepal. Return to Kathmandu and evening free. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 10
Free until departure transfer to airport for onward flight.
