 DAY 01:- ARRIVE DELHI

You will be met and assisted at the airport and transferred to your hotel

Later, proceed for the combined city tour of Old & New Delhi. In Old city visit Red Fort built by Emperor Shah Jahan; Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India; enjoy a walking tour in Chandni Chowk- the silver street of Delhi bustling with activity. 














In the afternoon visit Qutub Minar, the tallest stone tower in India; Humayun’s Tomb built in the Indo Persian style and a predecessor to The Taj Mahal in Agra; India Gate – A War Memorial Arch. Also drive past the President’s House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings and Connaught Place – the heart of New Delhi and a busy shopping center. Evening is at leisure to explore the local market.

DAY 02- DELHI - MANDAWA (By Surface)

After breakfast check-out of the hotel and drive to Rajasthan’s Open Art Gallery, Shekhawati and stay in Mandawa.  Today, the world comes to this storybook town to see its colourful frescoes on every subject under the sun, which is, ranging from the religious to the erotic; from copies of popular English prints to witty social satire, rendered in the inimitable style of the local artist. On arrival, check in at the hotel

Afternoon tour of the Shekhawati region. Visit the famous painted havelis and in the evening enjoy a camel cart ride in the dunes. Overnight at the hotel

DAY 03:- MANDAWA - BIKANER (By Surface)

Morning leave for Bikaner, which was once   a major trading post between Africa, West Asia and the Far East. The arts prospered receiving the patronage of a wealthy merchant community. The city is renowned for the best riding camels in the world.  This afternoon during your tour you will visit Camel Breeding Farms; Junagarh Fort, a formidable structure encircled by a moat and having some beautiful palaces within.  Situated at a height of above seven hundred feet above sea level, it towers over the city and can be seen from a distance. DAY 04:- BIKANER - JAISALMER (By Surface)

There is a long drive to Jaisalmer en-route visiting the Deshnoke Temple (Rat Temple). Later continue your drive. Jaisalmer a fairy-tale town in the Thar Desert founded about 800 years ago by Rajah Jaisal. Unlike any other city, this desert fortress is one of Rajasthan's most exotic and unusual towns. The fort built by Rawal Jaisal in the 12th century, stands on the 80 metre high Trikuta hill, with beautifully carved Jain temples.

DAY 05:- IN JAISALMER

Today explore this fascinating city. Visit the famous Havelis (mansions) known for their frescoes. The most elaborate and magnificent of all the Jaisalmer havelis is the Patwaon Ki Haveli. The Haveli was built between 1800 and 1860 by five Jain brothers, a five story mansion with carved pillars and murals. Also visit Gadsisar Lake which once supplied water to the city. In the late afternoon, drive 30 miles outside the city to the desert sand dunes.  There you can ride a camel on the dunes and enjoy a magnificent sunset. Return to Jaisalmer in the evening.  Overnight at the hotel

DAY 06- JAISALMER – JODHPUR (By Surface)

 After breakfast drive to Jodhpur. On arrival check in at your hotel

 After checking in to your hotel, tour the Mehrangarh Fort, “Majestic Fort”, located at the very centre of the city which holds a collection of musical instruments, palanquins, furniture, and cannons Visit the Jaswant Thada, a white marble cenotaph, the Clock Tower and the Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum. DAY 07: - JODHPUR – RANAKPUR - UDAIPUR (By Surface)

This morning you will drive to Udaipur. En-route visit the Jain temples at Ranakpur to explore one of the most important Jain temples in India. This marble complex is noted for the 29 halls supported by 1,444 pillars, each adorned with hundreds of carved figures, no two alike. 
Later continue your drive to Udaipur. On arrival check in at the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure.

DAY 08:- IN UDAIPUR

After breakfast, visit the romantic city of Udaipur including Jagdish temple, the Garden of the Maidens of Honor, a small garden with fountains, kiosks, marble elephants & lotus pool, and the City Palace which is the largest palace complex in Rajasthan. The afternoon is free to explore the small streets and interesting shops or to relax on a roof-top café overlooking the water. 

In the evening enjoy a leisurely boat ride on Lake Pichola. Overnight at the hotel

DAY 09:- UDAIPUR - PUSHKAR (By Surface)

After breakfast, drive to Pushkar 11-kms from Ajmer on the edge of the desert lays the tiny tranquil town of Pushkar along the bank of the picturesque Pushkar Lake. This is an important pilgrimage spot for the Hindus, which has the only temple of Lord Brahma in the world. Lord Brahma is known as the creator of the world as per the Hindu mythology. It's marked by red spire, and over the entrance gateway is the Hans, or goose symbol, of Brahma, who is said to have personally chosen Pushkar as its site.   













In the evening visit Pushkar Lake to witness a prayer ceremony at the Brahma temple.

DAY 10:- PUSHKAR – JAIPUR (By Surface)

Start your tour of Pushkar at the lake which is surrounded by 52 bathing ghats (steps leading into the water).  Pushkar has the only Brahma (creator of the universe) temple in India. The town is a maze of temples and hermitages, and is filled with ascetics and devotees.  After the tour and lunch, drive 3 hours to Jaipur.  Check in at hotel.

DAY 11:- IN JAIPUR

After breakfast drive to the outskirts of the city to visit Amber Fort, the ancient capital of the State until 1728. Visit the Temple Of Kali, the Hall Of Victory or Jai Mahal and Jagmandir. You can have the unique experience of traveling on elephant back to and from the top of the hill on which the fort is situated.

Later visit the City Palace - the former royal residence built in a blend of the Rajasthani and Mughal styles which houses a museum with a superb collection of Rajasthani costumes and armoury of the Mughal and Rajputs, including swords of different shapes and sizes with ornate handles. It has an art gallery with an excellent collection of miniature paintings, carpets, royal paraphernalia and rare astronomical works in Arabic, Persian, Latin and Sanskrit. Also visit the Jantar Mantar - an astrological and astronomical Observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh in 18th century, which is remarkable for its accuracy even at the present times.  Lastly stop at Palace-of-Winds for taking pictures.

DAY 12:- JAIPUR – FATEHPUR SIKRI – AGRA (By Surface)

This morning you will drive towards Agra visiting Fatehpur Sikri enroute. This was the capital city of Akbar but was abandoned later due to scarcity of water.  This complex in red sandstone is considered to be more beautiful than Taj Mahal by many visitors. 
Then continue your drive of approximately 45 min. to Agra. On arrival check in at hotel











Later in the afternoon proceed with a half day city tour of Agra city. Visit the red sandstone Agra Fort, which stands like a crescent on the banks of the Jamuna River enclosed by forbidding 20-meter high walls, with a 12- meter moat between them. Three successive Mughal emperors – Akbar, Jehangir and Shah Jehan – helped create this massive structure which contains Hindu and Muslim architecture. Also visit the Itmad-ud-Daulah Tomb.

DAY 13:- AGRA – DELHI (By Surface)

At SUNRISE, savor the highlight – the Taj Mahal, the famous white marble mausoleum, which was built in the middle of the 17th century by the Moghul emperor Shah Jehan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Visit the Taj Mahal surely the greatest monument to love and one of the wonders of the modern world. Completed in 1652, skilled craftsmen from Persia, Turkey, France and Italy and 20,000 labourers worked for 17 years to build this edifice, constructed by Emperor Shah Jehan as a mausoleum for his beloved queen.














Marble was brought from Makrana, near Jodhpur and precious stones of onyx, amethyst, malachite, lapis lazuli, turquoise, jade, crystal and mother of pearl were carried to Agra from Persia, Russia, Afghanistan, Tibet, China and the Indian Ocean.  

Return to the hotel for a late breakfast. Later in the afternoon drive back to Delhi where you will be transferred to your hotel.

DAY 14:- DEPART DELHI

In time transfer to the International airport to board your onward flight
